Why we started The Motor Medics. As mechanics and Engineers by trade, we were all too aware of the frustrations shared by many of our customers and colleagues - there is no flexibility in the traditional car industry. We could see a market for a company that works around its customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience at times to suit them.
